Services offered through this site include AI-First SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), SMM Panel SEO, Shopify SEO, Local SEO, and WordPress SEO.

This site provides information about those services, case studies demonstrating past results, and a direct booking path for prospective clients. No services are purchased directly through this website. All engagements are agreed upon via direct communication after a strategy call.

Consulting Services: Terms of Engagement

The following terms apply once a consulting engagement begins. These terms govern the working relationship between Md Faruk Khan and any client.

Scope of work

Every engagement begins with a defined scope agreed upon after the initial strategy call. Work performed is limited to what is defined in that scope. Requests outside the agreed scope are quoted separately before any additional work begins.

Monthly contract structure

All retainer engagements operate on a monthly contract basis. Each month is a standalone engagement covering strategy, execution, and reporting for that calendar month.

There is no long-term lock-in. Either party may choose not to renew at the end of any month by providing written notice before the next invoice is issued. There is no rollover or carryforward of unused work from one month to the next.

Work for each month begins only after the monthly fee is received in full.

One-time projects

One-time projects such as site audits and site builds are scoped, priced, and agreed before work begins. Deliverables and timelines are confirmed in writing before the project starts. A 50% advance payment is required before work begins, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery.

Payment Terms

All consulting fees are invoiced in USD for international clients and BDT for Bangladesh-based clients, as agreed at the start of each engagement.

Advance payment before the 5th

For monthly retainer engagements, the full monthly fee is due in advance at the beginning of each month. Payment must be completed before the 5th of the running month. This payment covers all work to be performed during that calendar month.

Work will not begin or continue for any month until the advance payment is received.

Late payment fee

If payment is not received by the 5th of the month, a grace period applies until the 10th. If payment is still not received by the 10th, a late fee of 5% of the outstanding invoice amount is automatically added. The late fee applies to every month payment is delayed beyond the 10th.

Repeated late payment beyond the 10th for two or more consecutive months may result in termination of the engagement at Md Faruk Khan's discretion.

No Refund Policy

All fees paid for SEO consulting services are non-refundable. No exceptions.

SEO is strategic, research-based work. Significant time, expertise, and resources go into planning, auditing, and executing each month's scope before any visible results appear in Google Search Console. This work has inherent value regardless of how quickly results manifest.

Search engine rankings are influenced by many factors outside any consultant's control, including Google algorithm updates, competitor activity, domain history, and market conditions. Because of this, no SEO engagement can offer a results guarantee, and fees cannot be tied to ranking outcomes.

By engaging Md Faruk Khan for SEO services, you acknowledge and accept that:

All fees paid are non-refundable once an engagement begins
Monthly advance payments are non-refundable after the 5th of the month
Cancellation of a monthly engagement does not entitle the client to a refund for the current month's fee already paid
Dissatisfaction with search engine results during the engagement period does not constitute grounds for a refund

Results and Performance

No specific search engine ranking positions, traffic numbers, or timelines are guaranteed under any engagement. SEO results depend on factors both parties can influence and factors neither party controls.

Intellectual Property

Your content

Any content, data, or materials you share for the purpose of delivering SEO services remains your intellectual property. This includes your website content, brand assets, GSC data, and business information.

Work product

Strategy documents, content briefs, keyword research, technical audits, and other deliverables produced during an engagement are licensed to you for your business use upon full payment. Md Faruk Khan retains the right to reference the engagement as a case study without disclosing confidential business data, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Site content

All content on mdfarukkhan.com, including case studies, blog posts, service page copy, and methodology descriptions, is the intellectual property of Md Faruk Khan. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially use any part of this content without written permission.

Confidentiality

Md Faruk Khan treats all client business information as confidential. This includes your GSC data, traffic numbers, revenue figures, business strategies, and any other information shared during an engagement. This information is not shared with third parties without your consent.

Clients are similarly asked to treat any proprietary methodology, pricing, or strategic framework shared during an engagement as confidential.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Md Faruk Khan's liability for any claim arising from these terms or any consulting engagement is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

Md Faruk Khan is not liable for:

Loss of revenue or profit resulting from changes in Google's algorithm
Loss of rankings due to competitor activity or market conditions
Decisions made by the client that conflict with agreed recommendations
Third-party platform changes affecting results, including Google, Shopify, and WordPress

SEO operates in an environment neither party fully controls. These limitations reflect that reality honestly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from these terms or any consulting engagement will first be attempted to be resolved directly between the parties. If resolution is not possible, the dispute will be handled under Bangladeshi law.

International clients engage Md Faruk Khan with full knowledge that the service provider is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This does not affect the quality or delivery of any service.

Changes to These Terms

If these terms are updated in any material way, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the change. Existing clients will be notified directly of any changes that affect their engagement.

Continued use of this site or continuation of a monthly engagement after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
